De ligging is ideaal,rustig maar wel op loopafstand van strand en restaurants.
Fijn zwembad,poolbar,vriendelijk personeel.
Lekker ontbijtbuffet met genoeg zitjes zowel buiten als binnen.fijne kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad.echt genoten van het hotel en Santorini!

Staff was very, very helpful...particularly Joe & Tracy. Pool was lovely. Only about a 7 minute walk to the beautiful black sand beach. Only drawback...parking at the hotel was a bit difficult. Also a light of some kind, perhaps motion sensor, should be mounted in back parking area for safety.
Would definitely return.

Fantastic stay, room was newly renovated. Clean , right on the pool.. Checked in straight away with zero fuss and lots of details from Giannis. Very nice family run hotel everyone was super helpful throughout our stay. Rooms cleaned daily. Only a few minute walk to the beach. shout out to Tilly the pool and bar staff. Kept me entertained and full off ouzo. Thank You.

We loved this hotel!
We were greeted by a lovely lady at the reception that after explaining everything, took us all the way to our room.
The room was spacious, had a great balcony looking through the pool, the mountains and the sea area and even had a kitchenette and a fridge.
We loved the pool area, so nice and relaxed. The breakfast also was so good, loved it!
Also, the localization for us was perfect, to get to the beach of Perissa it was a 5 minute walk and to the bus to go to the more central villages in Santorini also was not even 5 minutes, so it was really nice.
The hotel is also in a really quiet area, which was we were looking for and we couldn't have loved it more! Thank you, it was amazing. Hope to come back one day! :)

What a lovely hotel! Super staff, family owned hotel with homely touches like homemade marmalade at the breakfast. Beautiful setting at the foot of the mountain and a sea view. Stunning reception and pool area. Room was basic but comfortable and we didn't spend much time in the room. Lovely friendly bar lady serving drinks and made us feel at home. Perissa beach was within easy walking distance with loads of restaurants and little shops. Would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is a small family run place. We had a Mountain View and would recommend booking a pool/sea view. Not that our room wasn’t comfortable because it was and it was equipped with everything we needed. The pool area is large with lots of Sun loungers that are really comfortable (most comfortable I’ve laid on). It was an exceptionally quiet location. Perfect after traveling to the much busier areas of the island. Absolutely loved it there and the staff are fantastic with lots of knowledge of the island.

Our stay at Marianna hotel was so plesant and nice that I would recommend it to everyone. All people involved in running the hotel were so helpful and caring. Beach is solid 5min walk and also all the restaurants, shops, markets..etc. The pool area is chill, drinks are cold and music is loud enough for you to stay entire day by the pool even though I recoomend you to explore the island with quad. Hotel is perfect for pairs and families and you wont regret if you book it.

La piscina en los momentos de calor .... y las estancias con aire acondicionado... es un alivio podes disfrutar del un baño después de un día de calor aparte de la ubicación está a 2min del autobús o de un retacars

Excelente elección de Hotel. Muy muy limpio, tanto la habitación como el baño. Excelente funcionamiento del aire acondicionado (necesario por el calor) y el personal muy amable tambien. Cuando llegamos se a darnos una pequeña introducción a la isla, para conocer los atractivos tirísticos. Los desayunos fueron exquesitos y contundente!!
Tiene una picina fenomenal, y un bar atendido por una señorita muy amable. En realidad, todo el personal fué siempre muy amable.
Está a unos metros de la playa, por lo que puedes ir caminando a la playa y restorants.

We loved the breakfast, especially the amazing greek yoghurt with handmade marmalade :) The staff was amazingly nice and helpful. The bathroom is big and comfortable and our balcony was perfect for us. Absolutely recommended.

Marianna Hotel was in an absolutely gorgeous location with the best facilities! The rooms were kitted out with a kitchen and fantastic balcony. The breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious and the pool and bar was to die for! And we absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff! Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Wonderfull stay in Hotel. View from the room was amazing, the staff was always happy to help with anything. Very comfortable, with everything you need on vacation. Great location, near the bus stop, shops and Restaurants. The pool was amazing, and beach very close :)

This place was so so lovely ! Had a bar by the pool and oh my gosh it was so so nice ! The bed was so so comfy and the room was good for a short stay with everything you needed.

L'hôtel est vraiment très bien. Il se trouve dans un cadre impressionnant au pied de la montagne. La plage, les restaurants, les bus etc sont à 5 minutes. La directrice et le personnel sont très accueillants, arrangeants, sympathiques, leurs conseils très fiables. La piscine est belle, le bar sympathique. Nous y sommes restés deux nuits, nous aurions pu y rester beaucoup plus. le petit déjeuner est très bien. C'est un bel endroit où l'on se sent bien. Je recommande à 100%

La localización estuvo increíble . Era cerca a la playa, el bus y restaurantes . Que fuese “family run” siendo que era la familia que cuidaba del local y los huéspedes . Todos muy muy majos y cuidadosos . La Tracy nos ayudo con todo lo que necesitábamos , hizo recomendaciones y check ins para ver que todo iba bien .

Convenient location, close to the black Beach and the local bus stop, only 500 meters away. Very kind and helpful staff. Hygiene is at very high level. The rooms are very comfort, neat and clean, they are cleaned daily, and the towels are replaced daily. The pool is very nice, big with a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas. The view from our terrace was fantastic.

Hotel location is very good, near to beach. Bus stop 5 mins walks from hotel.

Uplne všetko! Príjemný rodinný hotel, domáci a personál veľmi ústretoví a milí, izba čistá útulná hneď pri bazéne a nádherný výhlad na Mesa Vouno, skalu s typickým gréckym kostolíkom, boli sme naozaj veľmi spokojní

Family owned hotel. Everybody is super nice. If You travel to the island for the first time, i recommend to ask for recommendations from the manager lady Tracey. She helped us with every request we had. The location with the 330 meter high rock behind the swimming pool is much more fascinating than what the pictures show. Try to get a room with balcony to the pool and sea view. We thought that the free pick-up and delivery service to the nearby food store was something special., but the hotel can arrange the car hire and delivery to the hotel as well, along the organized trip recommendations if you are interested in those.
Would definetly try to stay with them if we can visit the island again.

Marianna hotel è stata la location perfetta per visitare Santorini! I bus fermavano poco distanti dall'hotel, inoltre a piedi è possibile arrivare direttamente in spiaggia, a cinque minuti. La zona è tranquilla e si dorme benissimo, e in più non ho trovato nessuna difficoltà a camminare la sera nei dintorni.
La famiglia che lo gestisce davvero ospitale

staff was very friendly,let us in the room earlier than actual check in,let us stay all day and use their facilities on the day when we left. Decent breakfast for the price. nice swimming pool with the music. they allowed us to leave pushchair In reception so it’s not taking our space in the room. satisfied ❤️

В отеле остановились на одну ночь. шикарная кровать и классный бассейн. Хорошие завтраки по принципу шведского стола (в том числе сезонные фрукты). очень понравилось. Персонал очень приветливый и готовый помочь всегда! в 5 минутах пляж, кафе, супермаркеты и т.д. Не понравилась ванная, с запахом сырости. Но для нас на 1 ночь это было не так страшно. В целом рекомендую.

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu, obsługa była pomocna i bardzo miła. Pokoje dobrze wyposażone, lodówka i klimatyzacja działają wyśmienicie. Pokój nr 4 z dużym balkonem i wspaniałym widokiem na morze. Świetny stosunek ceny do jakości oferowanych usług. W obiekcie. znajduje się duży basen, nie ma problemu z leżakami. Miejsce godne polecenia.

Staff were very knowledgeable giving details about walking areas around Perissa. Rooms were clean and modern. The mountainous location means that it's always quite windy, but this can be a relief when temperatures are 30 C or above. Staff were also very attentive at breakfast time.
The hotel's location in Perissa on the east coast of the Island is nice and quiet (Unlike Fira on the west coast, which is thronged with tourists) and effectively on a "country road", but only 5 minutes walk from the seaside strip. Here you'll find all the usual restaurants, mini markets and clothes shops. The village square is also only about 5 minutes away, near the sea, where you can catch a bus to Fira for 2.20 Euro (Have your change ready and pay the conductor when you sit down! Large bank notes or credit cards aren't appreciated). Fira is the central hub from where you catch busses to other parts of the island.

I spent 8 days with my family. I can’t say anything but amazing words about this hotel. Maria, the owner of the hotel, received us with a smile on her face and was always making sure we had everything we need and that we felt comfortable during our stay.
Tracey is also a lovely member of this hotel. She is kind and warm. She helped us with our transfer and with the reservation of the excursions. Thank you Tracey!!
I strongly recommend this hotel. The pool is to die for, is five minute walking from Perissa Beach and the rooms are comfortable and luminous.

Struttura stupenda e pulitissima, staff magnifico, accogliente e caloroso. Posto magnifico sotto un promontorio con vista mare a 400 m. Cosa chiedere di più?! Una piscina giusta e con tanto relax, curata nei minimi dettagli e con tutto ciò che serve. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale

This hotel is lovely, staff really friendly and attentive, breakfast was really good, had a really lovely stay. Beds comfortable and room clean and really well looked after. I really rate places that are clean and well kept and looked after and this placed oozed this. Certainly would stay again.

Tydzień minął jak jeden dzień. Nasz pobyt w hotelu był wspaniały. Jasny pokój z balkonem i pięknym widokiem na góry i morze. Doskonała klimatyzacja. Bardzo wygodne łóżka i poduszki, co jest dla mnie bardzo ważne. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoi. Niesamowite pyszne śniadanie każdego dnia z muzyką klasyczną. Wszystko było pyszne, ale jogurt jest po prostu bosko pyszny. Odwiedzamy Grecję po raz trzeci. Oczywiście jogurt podawany jest w każdym hotelu na śniadanie, ale w Mariannie okazał się najsmaczniejszy. Jak lubię - z pomarańczami - jedna z opcji.
Hotel może organizować szybki transfer na oraz z lotniska, bardzo wygodny, w przeciwnym kierunku zabrał nas sam kierownik hotelu. Czarna plaża w odległości spaceru od hotelu. Prowadzi do niego ścieżka, wzdłuż której rosną pachnące zioła. Sprawia to przyjemność.Bardzo blisko świątyni znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, z którego można dojechać do Firy.
Bezpośrednio za hotelem zaczyna się górska ścieżka, po której można wspiąć się do małej świątyni na skale, widocznej z dołu, lub przejść na drugą stronę klifu, by dotrzeć do Kamari. Wspinaliśmy się. Wymagane buty trekkingowe. Polecam inną trasę trekkingową też. Trzeba przejazd do Firy, a stamtąd iść wzdłuż kaldery, najpiękniejszą górską ścieżką do Oii. Byliśmy zachwyceni. Trasa nie jest trudna
Personel hotelu jest gotowy do pomocy we wszystkich sprawach. Mieszkając w hotelu wiesz, że możesz uzyskać wszelką pomoc, ale nie ma denerwujących ofert, jak to bywa w niektórych hotelach. Zwiedzaliśmy wyspę według własnego planu. Kochamy Grecję, kochamy Santorini i hotel Marianna też. Na pewno wrócimy

Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber. Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tolle Poolanlage.
Frühstücksauswahl klein, aber mit viel Liebe gemacht und auf jedenfall ausreichend.

Loved everything about it. Very friendly, good facilities and location. We were traveling with a baby and we got a room with a little kitchen, ground floor and a baby bed. Had a very relaxed week. Would definitely come back again! :)

O hotel é familiar, e muitos da família trabalham alí. A relação com o hóspede é sempre de muito cuidado e gentileza. O hotel fica a uma caminhada da praia de 5 minutos somente. E a área da piscina é um local bem agradável. A cama é confortável.

Superbe hôtel, très bien situé dans Perissa à 5 min de la plage et à proximité d’un arrêt de bus menant à Fira. Beaucoup de restaurants et de commerces dans les environs, la piscine de l’hôtel est top et le personnel est adorable. Ils sont très gentils et disponibles. Je recommande vraiment !

Fomos muito bem recebidos. Quarto limpo e agradavel. Disponibilizaram um berço para a minha filha de 2 anos. Piscina magnifica. Zona muito calma para relaxar. Gostamos bastante do pequeno almoço.

We were very happy with the breakfast, the pool and the fact that it is very near to the beach. The staff is very polite and helpful with whatever you need.
The water on the island isn’t potable so you should make sure that you buy bottled water.
Transportation might be hard if you choose to use public transportation. It might be better to rent a car or an ATV.

Un hôtel exceptionnel avec des chambres spacieuses, confortables et bien équipées.
Nos hôtes ont été d'une gentillesse incroyable, toujours à notre disposition et prêts à rendre service ou nous conseiller.
La piscine est unique avec des bains de soleil parfaitement organisés autour avec un bar très sympathique.
La situation géographique est également top ( 400m de la plage et tout les commerces) au pied d'une montagne, juste en dessous d'une petite chapelle nichée à quelques centaines de mètre de haut dans la roche (Attention accès escarpé ...) permettant une vue imprenable sur Perissa. Le chemin menant à la petite chapelle est également le point de départ d'un sentier de grande randonnée accédant au sommet de la montagne et à l'autre versant.
Je recommande à 300%

The host was amazing. The food was delicious. The pool was fantastic. The breakfast was fresh. The view was spectacular. They have airport pickup and tours and atv rentals.

Une chambre très confortable avec vue sur la piscine et la mer. L'hotel est très bien placé à Perissa car à 5 minutes à pied de la plage, et l'arrêt de bus pour se déplacer sur l'île n'est pas loin (mais je conseille plutôt de louer un scooter pour se déplacer car c'est plus agréable de bouger librement, le personnel pourra vous aider à louer ce type de véhicule)

Czystość pokoi, częste sprzątanie, czyste ręczniki, ręczniki plażowe, bardzo duży i głęboki basen z leżakami. Bardzo fajna lokalizacja blisko morza. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek i dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Dostępny transfer z lotniska dodatkowo płatny. Jeżeli chodzi o stosunku jakości do ceny to było bardzo dobrze!

The staff is amazing. Very kind and helpful. They can help organise your whole stay. (Like rent a scooter , boat trip etc..) The breakfast is included and it's great. The hotel is very close to almost everything (beach, restaurants, bars, stores). It has a big pool with sunbeds and view. Next to the pool you can get cheap and delicios coctails to make your day.

Our stay was just for 1 night, but we were so happy with this accommodation!
The room and all the spaces in the hotel are modern, comfortable and very well kept. Everything is clean and looks new.
The location is great, close to the bus station, beach and supermarkets, but at the base of the mountain so it’s really calm and quiet.
They also have a nice pool where we could spend the day before our scheduled trip. Many thanks to the nice and helpful staff!
